RETURN-TO-WORK JAPAN 2026 supports women re-entering the workforce by connecting them with employers, career coaches, and a community of peers. The event provides a positive space to rebuild confidence, refresh professional identity, and explore new opportunities, helping female returners take their next steps toward meaningful and sustainable careers.
